1. Who We Are

Pai Living Co., Ltd. operates pailiving.com, paioffgrid.com, and pailandsolutions.com. Our contact address is Pai, Mae Hong Son Province, Thailand. Our data contact is ying@pailiving.com.

This policy applies to personal information you provide when using our websites or contacting us. It is written in compliance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information only when you actively submit it to us:

• Free Guide request: your name and email address, used to deliver the guide PDF and send one follow-up email.
• Consultation request: your name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number (optional), nationality, your stated interests, and any message you write. Used to respond to your enquiry.
• WhatsApp or Line messages: if you contact us directly, message content is retained in those apps according to their own privacy policies.

We do not collect payment information, identification documents, or any sensitive personal data (as defined by PDPA) through this website.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To send you the resource you requested (the free guide PDF)
• To respond to your consultation enquiry
• To follow up on an ongoing project or service engagement
• To improve the website through anonymised analytics (see Section 5)

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, profiling, or unsolicited commercial marketing. If you sign up for the free guide, you may receive a small number of follow-up emails about our services. You can unsubscribe from these at any time.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under Thailand's PDPA, we process your personal data on the basis of your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

5. Third-Party Services

We use two third-party processors that may receive your data:

• Formspree (formspree.io): Processes and forwards form submissions to our email. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and does not use your data for any other purpose. See their privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Google Analytics (GA4): We use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors use our website (page views, session length, device type). IP addresses are anonymised. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics. See Google's policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not use Facebook Pixel, retargeting networks, or any other tracking tools beyond those listed above. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as we have an active client relationship with you, or for a maximum of three years after your last contact, whichever is shorter. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights (PDPA)

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw consent — stop receiving emails or follow-ups from us
• Portability — receive your data in a common electronic format
• Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests

To exercise any of these rights, email ying@pailiving.com with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.

8. Cookies

Our website uses one first-party cookie (pailiving-lang) to remember your language preference. This cookie contains no personal information and is not used for advertising or tracking.

Google Analytics sets its own cookies (_ga, _ga_*) to distinguish users for anonymised analytics. These cookies do not identify you personally.

We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies of any kind.

9. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and processed by Formspree on GDPR-compliant infrastructure. We do not store raw form submission data on our own servers. Email correspondence is stored in standard protected email accounts.

10. Children

Our services are directed at adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe we have inadvertently received data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by updating the date. Continued use of our website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
